The UVS150P is the only UV compact unit that operates without a vehicle installation. Portable on wheels and instantly ready wherever the job site demands.With 12,000 W total output and 150 m of special cable, it covers the full range from DN150 to DN1600 and is compatible with the light sources UVC60P, UVC120 and UVC160. No special vehicle, no lengthy setup: the UVS150P is operational as soon as it rolls off its vehicle.

EVERYTHING ON BOARD.

The UVS150P brings everything a professional rehabilitation site requires: an integrated air conditioning system keeps cable temperature constant regardless of weather or season, ensuring curing quality is never compromised. Blower control via Ethernet, one-screen operation via Android tablet or PC, status lights for instant operating state recognition on the front panel, and a foldable cable guidance arm. Power supply: 400 V, 32 A CEE.

All key process parameters such as surface temperature via IR, air temperature inside the pipe, calibration pressure and pulling speed are displayed live on one screen and fully documented as PDF – audit-proof and verifiable to clients at any time. Remote diagnostics enable fast support without on-site visits, reducing downtime significantly. The operator controls the system flexibly via tablet from the optimal position on site.
