The BLW is the reliable side channel compressor for professional use in UV pipe rehabilitation. Oil-free, low-maintenance and rated for continuous duty S1, it delivers consistent pressure without interruption – and without contamination risk or complex disposal requirements.

With 18.5 kW rated power, a maximum operating pressure of approx. 1,020 mbar and an air volume of up to 500 m³/h, the BLW reliably supplies sufficient pressure even for the largest liner dimensions. Compact size of 1,000 × 550 × 750 mm at 195 kg – mountable horizontally or vertically.

No thermal shutdowns interrupt the curing process. Ethernet control via the UV system eliminates the need for a separate operator. Low-maintenance thanks to oil-free operation and a robust die-cast aluminium housing. The BLW always runs reliably – as long as the job site keeps running.
